• Updates on progress from the committee and from the chairman
• Invite has been sent to Kennet Radio, Local Police, Racecourse and District Clls for any updates they want to share with us. Especially for the District Council and the upcoming budget

The police have confirmed their attendance to discuss

• theft of mail/parcels
• theft of bicycles
• anti-social behaviour and graffiti
• drug use and drug dealing

At least 1 of our District councillors will be attending

• Working groups get together - The various projects and issues we are trying to resolve and some brainstorming on what we can do
• Ideas for the summer - building the community spirit.

The Chairman intends to be available for a couple of hours after the agenda to discuss 1:1 with residents things important to them.

• Meeting started 16:30
• Approx 100 people in attendance
•  Committee introduced itself
• Racecourse CEO Shaun Hinds introduce himself and emphasized his background and working with the community.
• Reminded everyone about the discounts available to people living on the racecourse at the Lodge as well as membership discounts for the Racecourse itself.
• A few questions from the audience was next
• One was when will the AGM be - It will be before XMAS but is yet to be arranged formally
• We then went through some ideas that wee sent in advance of the meeting about building a community
• I said I would create a survey for people to respond to
• We then did a quick AOB
• Meeting closed approx. 18:30
